My fitness goals:
To lose baby weight and tone my entire body back to my dancing hip hop style
I’ve been in a funk for about 2 weeks now. I’ve been exercising well and I always eat healthy. But for some reason I feel like I’m not progressing even a little bit. I stopped doing Insanity because I wanted to do more weight training. I still do cardio just not every day. Any tips on why I feel like I’m getting bigger (not in a good way)??
